Charitable Gift Annuities
Making a gift to Eastman Commons through a charitable gift annuity provides you with annuity payments for the remainder of your lifetime, with the remaining amount of your gift going to Eastman Commons at your death. The annuity rate is based on your age at the time that you make your gift.

Contributions can be accepted for unlimited amounts and contributions may be personal or corporate. Information on Eastman Common’s IRS Form 990 is available for review. All contributions will be graciously received, deeply appreciated and timely acknowledged for your tax reporting purposes.
