Our Integrated Service Program Overview
Eastman Commons - Its vision for a Supportive Housing Community which would be a unique combination of permanent affordable rental housing with supportive services for low income people; a combination of eligible adult working professionals, returning veterans, disabled, elderly, and formerly homeless individuals living in a complex that additionally provides stability, opportunity of interaction, community building and a renewed sense of hope and vitality.
