Our Residents
-
Each of the 80 one-bedroom units will be equipped with a full kitchen, private bathroom and living area.
-
About half of the units (39) will be leased to low-income single adults, who are working men or women, seniors or veterans, etc. and who earn less than $26,940 per year (or 60% of local Area Median Income)
-
The other 41 units will be leased to single adult homeless men or women who have been referred and recommended for independent supported living by local service providers
-
Each tenant will be screened and selected based on his / her readiness for permanent supportive housing

Notes: All tenants will pay rent, and tenants’ rent will be 30% of eligible income
This is permanent supportive housing: all tenants will sign individual leases.
