Construction Progress Update:

February 2012: February continued to be another remarkably mild month without any measurable snow in our Western New York Community, so new construction activity advanced unabated. Most of the accelerated work focused on the interior while finishing exterior brick work continued to advance upward, along with the landscaping in the resident courtyard of the new building. Interior electrical, plumbing, wiring and ductwork continued installation, and apartment fixtures were placed throughout the building. Apartment finishes continued to arrive, and the installation of kitchen cabinets and appliances expanded throughout the building. Great progress continues. Rental lease-up started.
