Construction Progress Update: |
March 2012: March continued to be another amazingly mild month without any measurable snow in our Western New York Community, so new construction activity advanced unabated as spring arrived. Most of the work continued to focus on the interior while finishing exterior brick and siding work which continued to advance upward along with the landscaping in the resident courtyard and perimeters of the new building. Interior electrical and plumbing systems installation, wiring and ductwork continued and apartment fixtures were being placed throughout the building. Apartment finishes continued to arrive and the installation of kitchen cabinets and appliances expanded throughout the building. Great progress continues. Rental lease-up activities also continued. With Spring now here construction completion is rapidly approaching. Stop back in the future for more updates!
