Construction Progress Update: |
April 2012: April saw the arrival of Spring and with it, the continued acceleration of construction activity. Exterior moved to completing the last stages of brick and siding work and the early preparations for landscaping the perimeter of the building and its courtyard area. On the interior, the upper floor apartments were completed with the installation of flooring, painting and fixtures. The interior finishing work continued downward with apartments and halls being painted, flooring work continuing, fixtures installed and electrical and building HVAC systems being tested. Local regulators and construction team personnel completed a scheduled walkthrough of the building which resulted in good news with the recent receipt of the Project’s conditional certificate of occupancy. Completion is now in sight and lease-up continues. Stop back for more updates!
