Construction Progress Update: |
May 2012: With April’s receipt of the Project’s conditional certificate of occupancy, construction activity accelerated into May toward completion. Exterior work moved to completing the last stages of landscaping and readiness of the building entrances. On the interior, final touches were being made to the lobby, first floor office areas and hallways. Building electrical, water and HVAC systems were tested and prepared for opening. Additionally, final touches were being made to resident apartments and activity, conference and community rooms. Completion is now just around the corner as lease-up continues and professional property managers prepare for the start of resident move-in. It’s an exciting time. Stop back for more updates!
