Construction Progress Update: |
APRIL 2011: Construction continued to accelerate during the month with rigorous demolition activity where heavy equipment could be seen everywhere, including bulldozers, excavators, a crane and trucks galore bringing down the existing buildings and hauling away the tons of fallen brick, twisted steel beams, rebar and the remaining rubble. The ground was excavated; buried tanks were located and removed, as workers progressed diligently to advance the work. Site excavation will continue into May. Check back for further updates in the coming weeks and months.
